Junior Members

We’re also proud to welcome Junior Members as young as 3 years old. With year-round racquet sports programming, engaging events, and Summer Camps offered from June through August, our youngest members have every opportunity to learn, grow, and become part of the vibrant Oakville Club community.

We offer a range of Membership options:

Enjoy full access to all Club facilities, including racquet sports (badminton, pickleball, squash, and tennis), fitness centre, indoor & dockside dining, mooring, social events, outdoor pool (seasonal), and watercraft activities.

Becoming a Member

  • Tours are by appointment only. To book a private tour, click here
  • Download the Membership Application here, which also includes our 2025 fee schedule.
  • To apply for membership, you will need a Proposer and Seconder, both of whom must be current Members in good standing.
  • Once we receive your completed application, the process begins.
Please expect the onboarding process to take up to six weeks from the receipt of the application.
As a Member of The Oakville Club, you and your family will enjoy access to our year-round facilities, along with a wide range of activities and events:
  • Club Access – Enjoy our facilities throughout the year with family and friends.
  • Reciprocal Clubs – Access clubs across Canada with a personal letter of introduction arranged before your visit.
  • Social & Cultural Activities – Participate in Bridge (September–April) and our Member-led monthly Book Club.
  • Signature Events – From seasonal buffet brunches, Lobster Festival, food & wine dinners, and cruises, to our Indoor Racquet Club Championship, Tennis Club Championship, holiday buffets, and Brunch with Santa.
  • On the Water – Use of paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes for Members and their guests.
  • Private & Corporate Events – Catering services and AV equipment are available for your special occasions.
  • New Member Connections – Join us at the Annual New Members’ Cocktail Reception in September, where you’ll meet fellow new Members, our Board, and Committee representatives.
  • Membership fees cannot be paid by credit card.
  • We encourage Members to set up pre-authorized payments. Please email a void cheque to our Club Accountant, Ryan Barrios ([email protected]).
Once your completed application has been submitted, here’s what you can expect:
  • Board Approval – Your application will be presented at the next Board Meeting. You’ll receive confirmation by email once approved.
  • Membership Activation – An invoice will be issued along with payment instructions.
  • Welcome to the Club – You’ll be invited to a New Member Orientation, where you’ll receive your Welcome Package, fob, and parking stickers.
